Grob gestrickter retro Pullover - Bulky knitted retro pullover

Für das nächste Projekt, habe ich meine alten Skizzen hervorgeholt. Ich denke an einen grob gestrickten Pullover mit kurzen Puffärmel und einer hohen Taille.
For my next project I took out my older designs. I am thinking of a bulky knitted sweater with puffy short sleeves and a high knitted waste.

Material: Lang Yarn "Carpe Diem"
Nadel: Nr.6
Mit Hilfe einer Maschenprobe habe ich die genaue Maschenzahlen, Auf- und Abnahmen berechnet. Bis unter den Armlöchern habe ich den Pullover rundgestrickt. Dann teilte ich die Arbeit auf und strickte das Rückenteil fertig.
After knitting a swatch I calculated the exact amount of stitches, increases and decreases. Just under the armholes I knitted in rounds. Then I divided the work and finished the back.


Um das Zopfmuster genauer einzuteilen, habe ich mir einen Raster auf Karopapier gezeichnet. Das vereinfachte mir die Arbeit sehr und ich musste mich während dem Stricken nicht allzu fest auf das Muster konzentrieren.
To have a better control over the cable pattern, I drew a grid of each step of the pattern. This simplified my work a lot and I didn't have to concentrate too much during the knitting.
Leider fehlt das Bild mit den separaten Ärmeln. Das war das Schwierigste und brauchte einige Versuche, bis mir die richtige Ärmelweite gelang. Es hätten noch etwas extremere Puffärmel werden sollen...aber ich bin mit dem Resultat zufrieden!
Unfortunately there is no Pictures of the separate sleeves. That was the more difficult part of the knitting and I needed a couple of trials until I found the right widths. I wanted them to be even more puffy ...but I am pleased with my sweater!
